by a line commencing at the south-western side of Pakuranga
Road at the south-eastern end of the Panmure Bridge; then
southerly generally along the eastern bank of the Tamaki
River to the northern bank of the Pakuranga Creek; then
easterly generally along the northern bank of the said creek
to the south-western side of Cascades Road; then across
Cascades Road at right angles from its south-western side
