Act for the purpose of meeting this Council's share of extending the Sockburn Vehicle Testing Station, the said Waimairi County Council makes a special rate of 0.00159c in the dollar on the capital value of all rateable properties within the County of Waimairi, and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years or until the loan is fully paid off.

WAIPUKURAU COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER

Rural Housing Loan 1971—$30,000

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf, the Waipukurau County Council hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $30,000, authorised to be raised by the Waipukurau County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Waipukurau County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought four three one nine six (.043196) cents in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the County of Waipukurau, and that the special rate be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and shall be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of June and the 1st day of December in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Waipukurau County Council on the 17th day of December 1971.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
