Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block X, Waipawa Survey District, Featherston County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Michael Leslie Sims, of Tuturumuri, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease No. 400, and recorded as certificate of title, No. C3/324, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 7th day of February 1972.

F. 485, contained in certificate of title, No. A2/1471, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 7th day of February 1972.
