Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block I, Otahoua Survey District, Borough of Masterton
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 7th day of February 1972, and also hereby declares that an easement of right of way over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right of way over part Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 13764, appurtenant to Lot 1, D.P. 17911, created by Transfer 381503, for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 7th day of February 1972, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, the full and free uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her
Majesty's grantees, servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees, together with any other person legally entitled, from time to time and at all times by day and by night, to go pass and repass, with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind, and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind, over and along the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way; and also hereby declares that the aforesaid easement shall be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.
