Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block X, Drury Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; also declares that the road first described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the land first described in the Third Schedule hereto, when so closed and taken respectively, shall vest in Robert Emmett Bracken, of Waiuku, farmer, and Myrtle May Bracken, his wife, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, and that the road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the land secondly and thirdly described in the Third Schedule hereto shall, when so closed and taken respectively, vest in George Robert Ball, farmer, of Pukekohe.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road first, secondly, thirdly, fourthly, seventhly, eighthly, and ninthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Henry Francis Brown, of Elaine Bay, farmer, and that the road fifthly and sixthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown renewable lease No. 948, held by Henry Francis Brown, of Elaine Bay, farmer, recorded in Register Book, Volume 68, folio 238, Nelson Land Registry; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
