A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the
Maori Land Court by an order dated the 21st day of September 1895, to be street.

All those pieces of land situated in Belmont Survey District,
Wellington R.D., described as follows:

the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
26th day of January 1972.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and
Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
7th day of February 1972.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Wellington Land District
All those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Whangaehu
Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 4.5 Part Section 61, Turakina District; coloured green
on plan.
0 0 28.3 Part Section 61, Turakina District; coloured orange
on plan.
0 2 22 Part Section 61, Turakina District; coloured green,
edged green, on plan.
1 0 39 Part Section 60, Turakina District; coloured green,
edged green, on plan.
0 0 4.4 Part Section 60, Turakina District; coloured green
on plan.
0 0 2.2 Part Section 60, Turakina District; coloured blue,
edged blue, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 25877 (S.O. 28035) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Wellington Land District
All that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 16 perches
situated in Block VI, Whangaehu Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being part Section 60, Turakina District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25878
(S.O. 28036) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
29th day of January 1972.
