The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1972
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1972.
2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.

6. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

   Cancellation of the Vesting in the Rangitikei County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves
   Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei and revokes the reservation for gravel pit purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

   Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Declaration That the Reserve Shall be the Cronadun Domain
   Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for general education purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Cronadun Domain.
