✨ Economic Regulations and Board Notices

(1) The said figure of 4.2 shall be the percentage with reference

to which, on the date mentioned in clause 3 hereof, every rate

of remuneration in every award, or industrial agreement,or

agreement under section 8 of the Labour Disputes Investigation

Act 1913, for the time being in force, shall, subject to the

provisos and exceptions contained in regulation 19 of the

Stabilisation of Remuneration Regulations 1972, be varied in

accordance with the said regulation 19.

(2) For the purposes of this order the term "remuneration" means

salary or wages; and includes all allowances, other than

allowances to meet expenditure already incurred.

(3) This order shall come into force on the 26th day of October 1972.
