Directing the Sale of Land in the City of Wellington

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House, at Wellington this 25th day of September 1972
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0.2 perches situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 158, Town of Wellington and being part Lot 1, L.T. Plan 33482, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26608 (L.T. 33482) deposited in the Office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Warrant Appointing an Additional Conciliation Commissioner Under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby appoint
Urban Martin Devlin
to be an additional Conciliation Commissioner for the purposes of the said Act for a period of 3 months as and from the 25th day of September 1972.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government this 19th day of September 1972.

Exempting Land in the South Auckland Land District From the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

PURSUANT to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I. Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule hereto from the operation of Part III of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICTโRAGLAN COUNTY
ALLOTMENT 389, being Allotment 313 and part of Allotments 204, 207, 209, and 311, Papepe Parish, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Rangiriri Survey District: area, 195 acres and 1 perch, more or less. Parts certificates of title, Volume 210, folios 223, 224, and 264. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2853A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 45752).
Save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals or metals, and reserving to Her Majesty and all persons legally entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals, a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 29th day of September 1972.

Major B. T. McMahon, M.B., CH.B., to be Acting Lieutenant-Colonel with effect from 24 July 1972, and temp. Lieutenant-Colonel with effect from 1 August 1972.
