Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—RANGITIKEI COUNTY

Part Section 74, Turakina District, situated in Block IX, Whangaehu Survey District: area, 4.8 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 350, folio 28; as shown on the plan L. & S. 22/3630/262B deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (L.T. 30220).

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of October 1972.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 18.7 perches situated in Block II, Waitara Survey District, being part Ngatirahiri 7D Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26390 (S.O. 10314) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Albert Frearson under and by virtue of residence site licence No. 8014, recorded in register book No. 4D 188, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of October 1972.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 6.6 perches situated in Block XIV, Ohinemuri Survey District, being part Owharoa No. 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26287 (S.O. 45588) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
