by admeasurement:

First, 1 acre 0 roods 0 perches, more or less, situate in the
City of Wellington, being section 835 on the public map of
the Town of Wellington, and being all of the land contained
in certificate of title, Volume 401, folio 72 (Wellington
Registry) (limited as to parcels).

Secondly, 2 roods and 36.4 perches being part of section
837, City of Wellington, and being all of the land contained
in certificate of title, Volume 133, folio 201 (Wellington
Registry).

Thirdly, 18.8 perches, being part Section 837, City of Wel-
lington, and being all of the land contained in certificate of
title, Volume 133, folio 200 (Wellington Registry).

Fourthly, 25 perches, being part section 837, City of Wel-
lington, and being all of the land contained in certificate of
title, Volume 40, folio 90 (Wellington Registry).

305 Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and for the purpose of
such public work the fee simple estate in the land described
in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is
hereby further given that a plan of the land in respect of
which the interest above-described is so required to be taken
is deposited in the public office of the Town Planning Depart-
ment, Auckland City Council, Civic Administration Building,
Cook Street, Auckland, and is open for public inspection, with-
out fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to
the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the
said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment
of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send
the same within 40 days from the first publication of this
notice to the Town Clerk, Auckland City Council, Civic Ad-

perches, more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 49040, and
Lot 1, Deposited Plan 58326, and being portion of Allotment
23, Parish of Titirangi, and being all the land comprised in
certificate of title, No. 13D/771, North Auckland Land
Registry, subject to section 351D (3), Municipal Corporations
Act 1954. The land is situated at 516 Point Chevalier Road.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

SPECIAL ORDER

THE Auckland Regional Authority, in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 37, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon
it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise
of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth hereby
resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special
order, to borrow the sum of $157,000 as a special loan, to
be known as Parks and Reserves Loan No. 8, 1972—$157,000,
for the purposes of and incidental to the development of
regional parks and reserves.

The foregoing special order was passed at a meeting of the
Auckland Regional Authority held on 21 August 1972 and
confirmed at a meeting of the said Authority held on 18
September 1972, having meantime been advertised in the
Auckland Star on 26 August and 6 September 1972.

HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke’s Bay County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to execute a certain public work, namely, a road deviation in
Maraetotara Road in the County of Hawke’s Bay, and for
the purposes of or in connection with such public work the
land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land
so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Hawke's Bay County Council in Browning Street, Napier,
and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during
ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such land should, if they have any
objection to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or
payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and
send the written objection within 40 days of the first publica-
tion of this notice to the said Hawke's Bay County Council
at its office aforesaid, and that if any objection is made in
accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection
will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
