Classification Under Soil Conservation and Rivers Control
Act 1941, of Land in the Southland Catchment District.
Notice is hereby given that the land in the part of the South-
land Catchment District described in the Schedule hereto has
been classified under the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control
Act 1941, and the classification is deemed a valid classifica-
tion as from the date on which this notice is first published,
namely 14 September 1972.

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
