PURSUANT to regulation 13 (b) of the Import Control Regulations 1964, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice of the following modification to the terms of import licences issued under the Item Code specified hereunder.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 27) 1972
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 27) 1972.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
  2. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff Heading in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

    PURSUANT to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.
    NOTICE
    THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948.
