Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks VIII and XI, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; also proclaims that the road first described in the said Second Schedule and the land first and secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed and taken respectively, vest in Kaikohe Tungroves (N.Z.) Limited, a duly registered company having its registered office at Auckland; also proclaims that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in the Kaikohe Land Company Limited, a duly registered company having its registered office at Auckland; also proclaims that the road fourthly, fifthly, and sixthly described in the said Second Schedule, and the land thirdly described in the said Third Schedule, shall, when so closed and taken respectively, vest in Thomas Arthur Clifford, of Awarua, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage A420870, A427523, and A555397, North Auckland Land Registry.
