- Bulk Travel Vouchers
Omit paragraph 3 and insert new paragraph 3:
3, Bulk travel vouchers will be available for the purchase of rail tickets issued under the following sections only—2, 25, 26, 27, 28, 28A, and 29.
Bulk travel vouchers will not be available on railway or road services suburban routes, sightseeing trips, special tours, or for motor vehicle transport or day excursion trips on the Cook Strait rail ferries.
Insert new section No. 28A:
28A. Special Fares for Endeavour Services
- Fares—The following fares will be charged for travel by No. 957 and 632 Endeavour express service, between Wellington and Napier and intermediate stations:

Return Journeys—The fare for a return journey will be double the single journey fare.

Availability and Break of Journey—Tickets at the foregoing special fares will have the same availability (both as to period of time and break of journey) as ordinary tickets (section 2).

Children under 4 years of age in the charge of a responsible person travel free; 4 years of age and under 15 years of age half the above fares computed to next 5c.

Restrictions on Travel by Specified Trains
Paragraph 2: Omit subparagraph (b) and insert new subparagraph (b):
(b) Tickets issued under the provisions of the following sections are not available for travel by No. 333 and No. 666 special express railcar services between Wellington and Auckland, for which special fares are provided in section 28, paragraph 1:
Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28A, 29, and 32.
Omit subparagraph (d) and insert new subparagraph (d):
(d) Tickets issued under the provisions of the following sections are not available for travel by the Silver Star sleeper trains between Wellington and Auckland for which special fares are provided in section 29, paragraph 1:
Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 21, 22, 23, 25, 28, 28A, and 32.
Insert new subparagraph (e):
(e) Tickets issued under the provisions of the following sections are not available for travel by Endeavour express services:
Sections 2, 5, 6, 10, 14, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, and 32.

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Rangitoto Island Domain and be Included in the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Rangitoto Island Domain, and further, pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares the said land to form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAIHEKE COUNTY
SECTION 8, Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District: area, 2 roods and 35 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 47559).
Section 9, Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District: area, 2 roods and 16 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 28713).

Declaration That Part of the Plumer Domain Shall Be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Plumer Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be, subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
