CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 18th day of August 1972, and published in the Gazette 31 August 1972, No. 71, p. 1857, amending a notice proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested in Block IX, Opuawhanga Survey District, Whangarei County, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, for the words “Second Schedule” in lines 8 and 9 of the said notice read “First Schedule” which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the

Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.

ALL that piece of land containing 1.5 perches situated in the City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 11, Section 7, City of Auckland. All certificate of title, No. 2D/117, North Auckland Land Registry.
