Declaring Land Taken for Street and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Street in the City of Hamilton

———

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton from and after the 18th day of September 1972.
