Declaring Land Taken for Harbour Works in the Borough
of Mount Maunganui

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour works and
shall vest in the Bay of Plenty Harbour Board from and after
the 18th day of September 1972.

Easement, for Prison Purposes in Blocks XIII and XIV,
Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, and
Previous Notice Revoked as to Part

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 10th day of April
1972 and published in Gazette, 13 April 1972, No. 31, p. 784,
declaring land taken, subject to and together with certain
rights and easements as to parts, for prison purposes in
Blocks XIII and XIV, Heretaunga Survey District, in so far
as it affects the land fifthly described in the Schedule thereto;
also, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land des-
cribed in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the
water rights created in transfer No. 17401 and the fencing
easement created in transfer No. 20589, Hawke's Bay Land
Registry, for prison purposes from and after the 18th day
of September 1972.

Declaring a Right of Way Easement Over Land Taken for a
Lighthouse in Block VII, Otama Survey District, Coro-
mandel County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, a right of way ease-
ment is hereby taken for a lighthouse over land described in
the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full
and free right, liberty, and licence in perpetuity to construct
and maintain the said right of way, together with the full tree
right and liberty for Her Majesty's servants, contractors, work-
men, tradesmen, agents, visitors, and licensees (in common
with all other persons from time to time lawfully entitled to
use the same) at all times, by day or by night, with or
without vehicles, machines, tools, and equipment, to go, pass,
and repass along, over, upon, and through the said right of
way, from and after the 18th day of September 1972.
