Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block II, Toetoes Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of July 1972 and published in Gazette, 27 July 1972, No. 59, p. 1537, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested in Block II, Toetoes Survey District, Southland County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, so that the land secondly and thirdly described in the Third Schedule to the said notice shall, when so taken, vest in Ian Archibald McArthur, of Pine Bush, farmer, instead of Thomson Keith Marshall and Robina Isbel Marshall as provided by the said notice.
