National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration
of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

PURSUANT to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works
Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby
revokes its resolution dated 15 November 1971, pursuant to
section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring
that part of No. 25 State Highway (Pipiroa to Waihi via
Coromandel) from its junction with No. 2 State Highway to
the Thames Borough boundary, as more particularly shown
on sheets 1 to 16 inclusive of plans M.O.W. 17294 and the
accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident
Engineer, Ministry of Works, Paeroa, and there available
for public inspection, to be a limited access road, in so far
as the aforementioned declaration affects a one chain width
of the said No. 25 State Highway measured from its eastern
side and extending from its junction with Cemetery Road to
its junction with Kauaeranga South Road.

part of No. 57A State Highway (Fitzherbert East Highway)
from its intersection with Peterson's Road to its intersection
with Forest Hill Road, as more particularly shown on sheets
1, 2, and 3 of plans M.O.W. 14738 and the accompanying
Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry
of Works, Palmerston North, and there available for public
inspection, to be a limited access road, in so far as the afore-
mentioned declaration affects that part of the said No. 57A
