Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken
and Vested in Blocks IX and XIII, Ohinewairua Survey
District, Rangitikei County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby pro-
claims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; also hereby takes the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the
said section 29, and declares that the road first described in the
said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Peter
John Law, of Taihape, farmer, and that the road secondly
described in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, and
the land described in the said Third Schedule, when so taken,
shall vest in Peter John Law, of Taihape, farmer, and
Annabelle Ivy Law, his wife.

FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road
ALL that piece of land containing 24.8 perches situated in
Blocks IX and XIII, Ohinewairua Survey District, being part
Awarua 4A3C4A2; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed and Vested
ALL those pieces of road situated in the Ohinewairua Survey
District described as follows:

being parts Awarua 4A3C4A1B and 4A3C4A1A,

Block IX, Ohinewairua Survey District, being part Awarua
4A3C4A2; coloured orange, edged orange, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 26512 (S.O. 27780) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.

Block II, Mawheranui Survey District, Grey County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto, and that the piece of road firstly described in the
said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Kerr
Buchanan, of Blackball, miner.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block II, Mawheranui
Survey District, described as follows:

(S.O. 46564) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 201 acres 2 roods 15 perches
situated in Blocks VI and VII, Waitemata Survey District,
North Auckland R.D., being Allotments 477 and 535,
Paremoremo Parish, being part Proclamation 13707, North
Auckland Land Registry.
