HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the service lanes described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Upper Hutt and be under the control and management of the
Upper Hutt City Council.

Appointment of Members of the Lake Rotoiti Scenic Board

PURSUANT to sections 18, 19, and 20 of the Maori Purposes
Act 1931 and the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General hereby appoints
Mata Morehu, and
Meketanara Tukuru
to be members of the Lake Rotoiti Scenic Board, and thereby
increasing the total membership of the Board from seven to
nine.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
this 4th day of August 1972.
