CORRIGENDUM

In the declaration dated the 14th day of July 1972 and
published in the Gazette, 27 July 1972, No. 59, p. 1539,
declaring land taken for road in Block X, Pirongia Survey
District, Otorohanga County, pursuant to section 32 of the
Public Works Act 1928, for the area of land containing
18.8 perches sixthly described in the Schedule to the said
declaration, read “10.8 perches”, which last-mentioned area
appears in the original declaration signed by the Minister of
Works.

Internal Affairs and the Minister of Lands (being the
Minister charged with the administration of the department
of State having the control of the land of the Crown affected
by this Proclamation), hereby revoke the Proclamation issued
on the 3rd day of April 1958* declaring an area of land in
the Orahiri and Otanake Survey Districts and in the Auckland
Acclimatization District to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 9th day of August 1972.

CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 24th day of July 1972 and published
in Gazette, 27 July 1972, No. 59, p. 1537, proclaiming land
as street in the City of Manukau, for “the plan marked
M.O.W. 26426 (S.O. 46616)” referred to in the Schedule to
the said notice, read “the plan marked M.O.W. 26424 (S.O.
46616)” which last-mentioned numbers appear in the original
notice signed by the Minister of Works.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 175 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Waitemata County Council to reclaim from the Orewa
River an area of 1 acre and 2 roods, more or less, of Crown
land as shown coloured pink on plan M.D. 14636 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at
Wellington.
