Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block I, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, also takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, also proclaims that the road first and secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Johannes Molenaar, or Auckland, labourer; also proclaims that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Marcel Auguste Grand, of Papakura, panelbeater; also proclaims that the road fourthly, fifthly, and sixthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Rodney Mitchell Taylor, of Hunua, farmer, and Carolyn Alice Taylor, his wife; also proclaims that the road seventhly, eighthly, and ninthly described in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, and the land described in the said Third Schedule, when so taken, shall vest in Philda Josephine Wills, of Papakura, married woman, and John Crossman Wills, of Papakura, clerk, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 404600, North Auckland Land Registry; also proclaims that the land tenthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Bruce Lloyd Brisbane of Ardmore, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 485249, North Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in Geoffrey Desmond Whitehead, of Matawai, Gisborne, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 72046, Gisborne Land Registry; and also hereby allocates to the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 the pieces of land described in the Third Schedule hereto and declares that such land shall, when so allocated, vest in the said Geoffrey Desmond Whitehead, subject to the said memorandum of mortgage.
