Appointment of the New Zealand Historic Places Trust to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the New Zealand Historic Places Trust to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for historic purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HOBSON COUNTY

PART Pouto No. 3, Block IV, Okaka Survey District: area, 20 acres 1 rood 0.9 of a perch, more or less (S.O. Plan 45716).

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as permanent State forest land as from the date of publication hereof.


Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.
