CORRIGENDUM

In the Proclamation dated the 27th day of June 1972 and published in the Gazette, 6 July 1972, No. 55, p. 1386, declaring land used as a roadway in Block IV, Tokaanu Survey District, Taupo County, to be road pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, for the phrase “the plan marked M.O.W. 20603 (M.L. Plan 20603)” appearing in the Schedule to the said Proclamation, read the phrase “the plan marked M.O.W. 26371 (M.L. Plan 20603)”, which latter phrase appears in the original Proclamation signed by the Governor-General and Minister of Works.

CORRIGENDUM

In the declaration dated the 5th day of July 1972, and published in Gazette, 13 July 1972, No. 56, p. 1451, declaring land taken, subject to a fencing agreement, for a post office in the City of Hamilton, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for “M.O.W. 28386 (S.O. 46705)” read “M.O.W. 26386 (S.O. 46705)”, which last-mentioned number appears in the original declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve, set apart by Proclamation dated the 16th day of April 1947 and published in Gazette, 24 April 1947, Volume I, page 481, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition, under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA COUNTY

SECTION 29, Block XV, Otanewainuku Survey District: area, 101 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 17435).

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
