notice must state the name, address, and description of the person, or, if a firm, the name, address, and description of the firm, and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at Invercargill, and must be signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any), and must be served, or if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 10th day of August 1972.

EAST COAST BAYS BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the East Coast Bays Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts, to execute certain public works, namely:
Firstly, to construct and lay out a service lane in the property on the corner of Beach Road and Sidmouth Street, Mairangi Bay, in the Borough of East Coast Bays, and for the purposes of such public works the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the Town Clerk to the said Council situated at Glen Road, Browns Bay, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Secondly, to construct and lay out a public parking area on the whole of the property at 2 Sidmouth Street, Mairangi Bay, in the Borough of East Coast Bays, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands who have any objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of the notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Glen Road, Browns Bay.
If any such objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken and the portions of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be stopped. And notice is further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken and the portions of the road required to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land or by the stopping of the said portions of road should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land or by the stopping of the said portions of road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Tauranga County Council at Tauranga, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the Council meeting at which the hearing will be held.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke’s Bay County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 319 of the Counties Act 1956, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for a public hall and to take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for pleasure grounds.
And notice is hereby given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawke’s Bay County Council situate in Browning Street, Napier, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the said County Council at its office aforesaid, and, that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

All that parcel of land situate in the Hawke’s Bay County containing 1 rood and 38½ perches situate in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, and Block No. III, Clive Survey District, and being part of stopped road, and being the whole of the land in certificate of title H.B., Volume 62, folio 262, Hawke’s Bay Registry.
B. All that parcel of land situate in the Hawke’s Bay County containing 1 acre, more or less, being Suburban Section 4, Clive, and being the whole of the land in certificate of title H.B., Volume 32, folio 223, Hawke’s Bay Registry.
All the above land is situated at Haumoana.
