Role of Producers Qualified to Vote in New Zealand Honey Marketing Authority Election (Notice No. 328 Ag. 3301)
PURSUANT to clause 13 of the Schedule to the Honey Marketing Authority Regulations 1964, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons deemed eligible to vote for the election of two producers' representatives to the New Zealand Honey Marketing Authority, together with the number of votes allotted to each voter, will be open for inspection during office hours at the following places, viz: Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, and District Office, Auckland, also at the following Post Offices: Alexandra, Amberley, Ashburton, Balclutha, Blenheim, Christchurch, Cromwell, Culverden, Dannevirke, Dargaville, Dunedin, Eketahuna, Geraldine, Gisborne, Gore, Greymouth, Hamilton, Hastings, Hokitika, Huntly, Invercargill, Kaikohe, Kaikoura, Kaitaia, Levin, Masterton, Matamata, Motueka, Napier, Nelson, New Plymouth, Oamaru, Ohaupo, Paeroa, Palmerston North, Rotorua, Roxburgh, Tauranga, Taupo, Taumarunui, Temuka, Te Aroha, Te Awamutu, Te Kuiti, Tirau, Timaru, Tokoroa, Waimate, Waipukurau, Wairoa, Waitoa, Wanganui, Warkworth, Whakatane, Whangarei, Westport, and Winton.
The rolls will be open for public inspection for a period of 14 days from 26 July 1972.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, care of Neal and Brydon, Box 1879, Wellington 1. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 17th day of August 1972 and must be accompanied by the deposit of $6.

Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by the Public Trustee to Become Manager Under Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V
WHEREAS Edward Lee, of Ophir, labourer, was the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto; and whereas after due inquiry the Public Trustee is satisfied that the said Edward Lee died on or about the 2nd day of February 1928 and that he has no administrator in New Zealand with authority to take possession of and administer the said property: and whereas the gross value of the said property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed $4,000 and, for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 80 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, the Public Trustee is satisfied that it is advisable that he should become the manager of the said property: now, therefore, the Public Trustee in exercise of the authority conferred upon him by the said subsection (2) hereby elects to be manager of the said property under Part V of the said Act.

ALL that parcel of land containing 1 rood, more or less, being Section 16, Block V, Town of Ophir, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 68, folio 122, Otago Registry, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 18145.
