Notice of Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section,
Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the
Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A
of the aforesaid Act, hereby gives notice that he approves
the Mount Roskill Borough Council Bylaw No. 2 (1972),
Foreshore Control, made by the Mount Roskill Borough
Council by special order passed at a special meeting of the
Council on 6 June 1972, and confirmed at the ordinary meeting
held on 4 July 1972.

Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration
of the North Canterbury Concrete and Pumice Products
(Except Concrete Pipes) Manufacturers' Industrial Union of
Employers, Registered No. 1859, situated at 220 High Street,
Christchurch, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the
publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Notice Regarding Inquiry on Various Machine-Tools of
Tariff Heading 84.45
- Wire-drawing machines of T.I.s 84.45.011 and 84.45.019
were advertised in the Schedule to Tariff and Development
Board Notice No. 269 (New Zealand Gazette of 11 May
- as being included within the terms of reference for the
above inquiry.
- These tariff items were included in error and, as they have
not at this time been referred to the Board for inquiry and
report, are deleted accordingly.

Appointment of Temporary Customs Examining Place in
New Zealand
PURSUANT to powers delegated to me by the Comptroller of
Customs under section 9 of the Customs Act 1966, and
pursuant to section 32 of the Customs Act 1966, I, Michael
John O'Connor, the Collector of Customs, Auckland, hereby
appoint the place described in the First Schedule hereto to be
a place for the examination of goods subject to the control of
the Customs, and hereby revoke the appointment* of the place
described in the Second Schedule hereto as a temporary
examining place for the purposes of that Act.
