Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act
1948, as from the 17th day of July 1972.

402 of the Companies Act 1955

Ralph Stuart Arundell Donnithorne

Chartered Accountants, Broad Street House, 54 Old Broad
Street, London, and members of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales, to be qualified persons for
the purposes of that section in respect of the accounts of
Bourjois Ltd.

Whangaroa College Board of Governors Notice 1972
PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Whangaroa College
    Board of Governors Notice 1972.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
    September 1972.
  2. The Board of Governors of Whangaroa College shall be
    constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education
    Board;
    (b) Eight members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school; and
    (c) One member co-opted by the Board itself, if and when
    it thinks fit.
  3. The Auckland Education Board shall cease to control
    Whangaroa College and the sole control of that school shall
    be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of
    this notice.

    PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
  4. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 18) 1972.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on 1 July 1972.
  5. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto,
    imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said
    regulations.
  6. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of goods of the classes set forth in the Second
    Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule are hereby withdrawn.
