Pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Hamilton 1972, No. 17. -
The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release a certain
parcel of land from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid;
and whereas it is desired that the balance of the land (under
the present appellation) shall remain subject to the provisions
of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.
