Administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 in Lake County Council (No. 306 Ag. 20649A)
Pursuant to section 22 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purpose of the said section, the following resolution, made by the Lake County Council on the 16th day of May 1972, is hereby published:
RESOLUTION
"Pursuant to the provisions of section 22 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Lake County Council, at a meeting held on Tuesday, the 16th day of May 1972, resolved to assume responsibility for the administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 as from the 1st day of June 1972."
