Setting Aside Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the 2 acres of Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set aside as a Maori reservation on the grounds that it is a place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati-Maniapoto tribe.

Licensing Marine Estates Ltd. to Occupy a Site for an Outfall at Tamaki River, Waitemata Harbour
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Marine Estates Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the fore-shore and bed of the Tamaki River as shown on plan marked M.D. 14641 and deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-ment at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon an outfall as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day of July 1972.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6.00).

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, to form part of the Waioeka Gorge Scenic Reserve.
