PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 22.4 perches situated in Block XIV, Waitoa Survey District, being part bed of Piako River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26332 (S.O. 46464) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
