The Tatu Cemetery Closing Notice 1972

PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Tatu Cemetery Closing Notice 1972.

2. It is hereby directed that the Tatu Cemetery, being the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and the burials therein discontinued after the 31st day of December 1972.

3. As from the 31st day of December 1972 the control and management of the closed Tatu Cemetery shall vest in the Taumarunui County Council.
