Licensing Neil Construction Ltd. to Occupy a Site for an
Outfall at Pakuranga Creek in Waitemata Harbour
Pursuant to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section,
Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the
Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of
the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Neil Construction
Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a
different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
and bed of the Pakuranga Creek as shown on plan
marked M.D. 14091 and deposited in the office of the Marine
Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon an outfall as shown on the said plan, such licence
to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to
the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 1 year from the 1st
day of May 1972.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six
dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be six dollars ($6).

Amending Foreshore Licence in Waikawa Harbour
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer,
Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department,
acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act
hereby gives notice that the licence of 8 May 1969 authorising
Walter Allan Stronach, Charles Brett Harvey, Charles Stewart
Harvey, Raymond Ferguson Harvey, and Graham Lawrence
Dawson, acting as trustees for the Waikawa Fishermen's
Wharf Committee, to use and occupy part of the foreshore
and bed of Waikawa Harbour as a site for a jetty is hereby
amended by adding the words "and fuel installation" after
the word "jetty" and the expression "and M.D. 14559" after
the symbols "M.D. 13373".

Setting Apart Land as a Maori Reservation
Whereas by Order in Council dated 22 April 1964 and
published in Gazette, 30 April 1964, No. 26, p. 739, the land
described in the First Schedule hereto was set apart as a
Maori reservation, and whereas it is now desired to extend the
reservation to contain adjoining land as recommended by the
Maori Land Court and also to show the new appellation of
the reserve, now therefore, pursuant to section 439 of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953, notice is hereby given as follows.
NOTICE

  1. The reservation constituted by Order in Council dated
    22 April 1964 and published in Gazette, 30 April 1964, No.
    26, p. 739, relating to the land described in the First Schedule
    hereto is hereby cancelled.
  2. The whole of the land described in the Second Schedule
    hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the
    purpose of a marae and meeting place for the common use
    and benefit of the Ngati Tuwharetoa tribe.

    SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
    All that piece of land situated in Block IX, Rangitaiki Upper
    Survey District, and described as follows:
