MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Bathers and fishermen are warned that between the hours
of 12 noon and 3 p.m. daily there is no speed restriction on
this lake for motor launches towing persons learning to water
ski under the supervision of an honorary launch warden.
Outside the above hours the maximum speed limit of
5 miles per hour shall apply."

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waihemo County Council
and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waihemo and revokes
the reservation over the land described in the First Schedule
hereto for the purposes specified at the end of the respective
descriptions of the said lands, such lands to remain subject
to existing registered leases, mortgages, and restrictions
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—WAIHEMO COUNTY

Changing the Purpose of Reserves in North Auckland Land
District and Vesting in the Auckland City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves
described in the First Schedule hereto from esplanade reserves
to reserves for recreation purposes, and hereby changes the
purpose of the reserve described in the Second Schedule
hereto from a quarry reserve to a reserve for recreation
purposes, and further, hereby vests the said reserves in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland,
in trust, for that purpose.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CITY
Allotment 280, Titirangi Parish, situated in Block XVI,
Waitemata Survey District: area, 1 rood and 0.9 of a perch,

Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation
Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Fairlie Domain
described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to
the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act
1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject
to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation
for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
