A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June 1972.

Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 15th day of March 1966, published in Gazette, 24 March 1966, Volume 1, p. 403, and registered as Proclamation No. 666674 (Wellington Land Registry) (hereinafter called “the former Proclamation”), defining the middle line of a portion of the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, so that the former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 20212 referred to in the former Proclamation, but also the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Constitution of Cheviot Hydatids Control District (Notice No. 296 Ag. 21171)

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Cheviot Hydatids Control District Order 1972.

(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The area comprising the County of Cheviot, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared a hydatids control district to be called the Cheviot Hydatids Control District.

3. The Cheviot County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Cheviot Hydatids Control District.
