CORRIGENDUM
In the Supplement dated 7 June 1972 to the Gazette of 1 June 1972, No. 46, p. 1201, notifying the making of regulations entitled “Motor Spirits Prices Regulations 1970, Amendment No. 3”, for “1/6/72” shown as the date of enactment read “7/6/72”, which last-mentioned date appears in the Order in Council signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

CORRIGENDUM
Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
In the notice published in Gazette, 20 April 1972, No. 35, p. 885, for “Section 7, Block 1, Hawera Survey District” read “Section 70, Block 1, Hawera Survey District”, which last-mentioned description appears in the original notice signed by the Deputy Secretary for Maori and Island Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM
In the declaration dated the 1st day of May 1972, and published in Gazette, 11 May 1972, No. 40, p. 1022, declaring land taken for road in Blocks III and VII, Rangitoto Survey District, Rangitikei County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for the area of land containing 25.2 perches being part Lot 21, D.P. 25, being part Block VIA, Rangitikei District, Block VIII; coloured sepia on plan M.O.W. 26212 (S.O. 27950), lastly described in the Schedule to the said declaration read

0 0 25.2 Part Lot 21, Deeds Plan 25, being part Block VIA, Rangitikei District, Block VIII; coloured sepia on plan M.O.W. 26212 (S.O. 27950).
which last-mentioned description appears in the original declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

Land Taken for Road in the City of Manukau

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June 1972.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P.
Being
0 0 8 Part Lot 2, D.R.O. 635.
0 0 1.5 Part old bed Puhunui Stream.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24540 (S.O. 44886) deposited on the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of June 1972.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Lyttelton, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect from and after the 19th day of June 1972.
