Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Proposed
Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
PURSUANT to section 86 of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration
of the Westland Painters and Decorators Industrial Union of
Workers, Registered No. 1890, situated at Tarapuhi Street,
Greymouth, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be
cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the
publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Amending Licence to Occupy a Site for Two Jetties and a
Slipway-ramp in the Waiau River at Pearl Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer,
Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Depart-
ment, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act,
hereby gives notice that the licence of 27 June 1968 authoris-
ing Manapouri - Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. to occupy
a site for two jetties and a slipway-ramp in the Waiau River
at Pearl Harbour is hereby amended by deleting the expression
“Manapouri - Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd.” and sub-
stituting the expression “Fiordland Travel (Manapouri) Ltd.”.

Amending Licence to Occupy a Site for a Jetty in the Waiau
River at Pearl Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer,
Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Depart-
ment, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Marine
and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act,
hereby gives notice that the licence of 20 January 1972
authorising Manapouri - Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. to
occupy a site for a jetty in the Waiau River at Pearl Harbour
is hereby amended by deleting the expression “Manapouri -
Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd.” and substituting the expres-
sion “Fiordland Travel (Manapouri) Ltd.”

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be
a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 17 May 1972, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public
Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No.
1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) from its junction with
Maungatautari Road to a point opposite the southern boun-
dary of Lot 3, D.P. 31578, C.T. 853/255 approximately 70
chains south of the Waitoa River Bridge as more particularly
shown on sheets 1 to 7 of plans M.O.W. 17799 and the
accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident
Engineer, Ministry of Works, Tauranga, and there available
for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities
Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant
Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to
