hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, be incor-
porated in lease in perpetuity No. 167, held by the said Eric
Charles Tietjen, Raymond Tietjen, and John Frederick Tietjen,
and Joy Shaw, recorded in register book, Volume 3L, folio
115, Gisborne Land Registry, subject to memorandum of
mortgage No. 71980, Gisborne Land Registry; also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule
hereto is hereby closed; also hereby proclaims that the road
described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby closed and
added to the land held for a permanent State forest described
in the Seventh Schedule hereto; also hereby resumes the land
described in the Sixth Schedule hereto for the purposes of
subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the
land firstly described in the said Sixth Schedule, shall, when
so resumed, vest in the said Eric Charles Tietjen, Raymond
Tietjen, and John Frederick Tietjen, and Joy Shaw, subject to
