PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 12th day of June 1972.

Notice of Intention to Take an Easement of Right of Way for a State Primary School Over Land in Block VIII, Rangiora Survey District, Rangiora County

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of access to the Waikuku School site, and for the purposes of that public work the easement of right of way described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land over which the easement is required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Waikuku and is there open to inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said easement of right of way, should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said easement of right of way, not being objections to the amount of payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

THE full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees (in common with any other person lawfully entitled so to do), from time to time and at all times by day and by night to go,
pass, and repass, with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind, and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind, over and along the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
Land Over Which Easement of Right of Way is to be Taken
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods situated in Block VIII, Rangiora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 1235; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26093 (S.O. 11762) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres situated in Block VIII, Rangiora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 1235; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26093 (S.O. 11762) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Notice of Intention to Take an Interest in Land in Block XIV, Ohinemuri Survey District, Ohinemuri County, for the Purposes of a Road (State Highway No. 2—Karangahake Gorge Section)

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the interest of Albert Frearson in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by the said Albert Frearson under and by virtue of residence site licence No. 8014, recorded in Register Book No. 4D/188, South Auckland Land District, is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land over which the residence site licence is required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Paeroa and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said interest in the land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said interest in the land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
