IN the declaration dated the 21st day of April 1972, and published in Gazette, 27 April 1972, No. 36, p. 924, declaring land taken for a State primary school in the Borough of Onehunga pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for “All certificate of title, Volume 191, folio 1071, North Auckland Land Registry” in the description of the area of land containing 1 acre secondly described in the Schedule to the said declaration, read “All certificate of title, Volume 191, folio 107, North Auckland Land Registry” which last-mentioned reference is contained in the original declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for agricultural purposes (horticultural research centre); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May 1972.
