EGMONT COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Rural Housing Loan No. 10, 1972—$100,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authority Loans Act 1956, the Egmont County Council resolves that for the purposes of providing the annual charges on the loan of $100,000, authorised to be raised by the Egmont County Council on the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of advancing money to farmers for the erection of, or additions to, or repairs to houses under the provisions under the Rural Housing Act 1939, the Egmont County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.003706c in the dollar on the rateable land value of all property in the County of Egmont; that such rates should be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable on the 1st day of April in each and every year and be for a period of 25 years or until the loan is fully paid off.

SPECIAL ORDER—CONSOLIDATION OF SPECIAL RATES

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution, intended to operate as a special order, was passed at a special meeting of the Mount Roskill Borough Council convened for that purpose and held on the 4th day of April 1972, and was confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the Mount Roskill Borough Council held in the Municipal Chambers, Three Kings, Mount Roskill, at 7.30 p.m., on Tuesday, 2 May 1972.

RESOLUTION

THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 as enacted by section 10 of the Municipal Corporations Amend-
