Consenting to Stopping Road in Block II, Waimate Survey District, Waimate West County
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby consents to the Waimate West County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block II, Waimate Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25615 (S.O. 10116) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No.12) 1972
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 12) 1972.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
