Declaration that Part of the Taupo Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Taupo Borough Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that part of the Taupo Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be recreation reserves subject to Part II of the said Act, and further pursuant to the said Act vests the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Taupo, in trust, for recreation purposes.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 15 December 1971 and published in Gazette, 22 December 1971, p. 3034, and that notice is hereby cancelled.
