Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block VII, Whaingaroa Survey District, Raglan County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 3 roods 3 perches situated in Block VII, Whaingaroa Survey District, being part Allotment 82, Waipa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26187 (M.L. 20567) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of May 1972.

Amending an Order in Council Merging the Electric Supply Districts of the Taranaki Electric Power Board and the Stratford Borough Council

THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Electricity Distribution Commission Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends clause 4 of the Order in Council dated the 2nd day of February 1970 and published in the Gazette on the 12th day of February 1970, p. 186, merging the Electric Supply Districts of the Taranaki Electric Power Board and the Stratford Borough Council by adding after the word “hereto” the following:
“excepting all stock in hand (valued at $19,653.31) and all tools and equipment (valued at $9,228.93) as those items are shown in the Council’s Electricity Department balance sheet as at 31 March 1969.”

Alteration and Redefinition of the Boundaries of the Waimea Hydatids Control District (Notice No. 265 Ag. 21171)

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R

This order may be cited as the Waimea Hydatids Control District Order 1972.

The boundaries of the Waimea Hydatids Control District are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be the boundaries of the Waimea County as from time to time constituted.

The Waimea County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Waimea Hydatids Control District.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R

This order may be cited as the Inangahua Hydatids Control District Order 1972.

The boundaries of the Inangahua Hydatids Control District are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be the boundaries of the combined local authority districts which consist of the counties of Inangahua and Buller and the borough of Westport as from time to time constituted.

The Inangahua Hydatids Control Joint Committee is to be the Hydatids Control Authority for the Inangahua Hydatids Control District.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R
- (1) This order may be cited as the Union of Roxburgh East, Mount Benger, Millers Flat, and Ettrick Pest Destruction Districts Order 1972.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1972.
- The boundaries of the Roxburgh East Pest Destruction District (which was constituted by Order in Council on the 27th day of September 1921*), the Mount Benger Pest Destruction District (which was constituted by Order in Council on the 27th day of September 1921†), the Millers Flat Pest Destruction District (which was constituted by Order in Council on the 9th day of March 1949‡), and the Ettrick Pest Destruction District (which was constituted by Order in Council on the 5th day of February 1941§) are hereby declared united to form one district, the boundaries of which shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto; and it is hereby further declared that the basis on which the Board for the said district shall first levy its general rate shall be the acreage of the land occupied by the ratepayer.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF ROXBURGH PEST DESTRUCTION DISTRICT
THE boundaries of the Roxburgh Pest Destruction District shall be all that area of land contained in the following districts:
Roxburgh East Pest Destruction District Order. Gazette, 1960, Vol. II, p. 976;
Mount Benger Pest Destruction District Order. Gazette, 1961, Vol. II, p. 1260;
Millers Flat Pest Destruction District Order Gazette, 1959, Vol. II, p. 1147; and
Ettrick Pest Destruction District Order. Gazette, 1960, Vol. III, p. 1439.
