Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1932, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and
after the 8th day of May 1972; and also declares that
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and
shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of
the County of Whangarei from and after the 8th day of May
1972.
