A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as limited access road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the

First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1972.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Tapapa Survey District, described as follows:

0 2 11.3 Part Lot 7, D.P. 10604; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 8.4 Part Lot 1, D.P. 33325; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26179 (S.O. 44519) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE

All that piece of land containing 1 perch situated in Block XIV, Tapapa Survey District, being part Lot 7, D.P. 10604; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26179 (S.O. 44519) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
