OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ohakune Borough Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, the pro-
vision of oxidation ponds for a sewerage scheme and the
provision of a right of way thereto, and for the purposes of
such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is
required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land
so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the
Ohakune Borough Council, Miro Street, Ohakune, and is open
for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office
hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such land, who have any well-
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said land, must state their objections
in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice to the Ohakune Borough Council at
its offices in Miro Street, Ohakune.

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to execute a public work, namely, the roads described in the
Schedule hereto are required to be stopped. And notice is
hereby further given that the plan of those portions of road
required to be stopped is deposited at the offices of the Raglan
County Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, and is now
open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of
the said public work or by the stopping of the said road
should, if they have any objections to the execution of the
said public work or to the stopping of the said road, set forth
in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the
first publication of this notice to the office of the Council; and
if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a
public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the
objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.
